T.I. essentially admits that he guilts his adult step-daughter into letting him have access to her medical information. “I say, ‘Deyjah they want you to sign this. They want you to sign this. So we can share information. Is there anything that you would not want me to know? See Doc, no problem,’” T.I. said. Clearly, this is a HIPAA and general rights violation.
While the rapper has been informed that there are multiple ways for a hymen to break, he responded saying, “She don’t ride no horses, she don’t ride no bike, she don’t play no sports. Just check the hymen, please, and give me back my results expeditiously.” Thus sparking a huge debate about the ethics and respect between men and their daughters.
