By  |

Netflix took to Twitter yesterday to announce a list of almost 30 original films that will be hitting the platform in 2020.

The list includes some previously anticipated releases, like the new Taylor Swift documentary “Miss Americana,” and plenty of new content not previously announced.

Some standout films on the list include sequels to popular teen Netflix movies “To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before” and “The Kissing Booth,” Ryan Murphy’s “The Prom” which follows a lesbian teenager who prompts a movement after she is not allowed to bring her girlfriend to prom, true-story-based “Lost Girls” that investigates the cases of murdered sex workers and romantic thriller “Rebecca.”

The list features several notable female directors, including Kirsten Johnson for “Dick Johnson is Dead,” Liz Garbus for “Lost Girls” and Gina Prince-Bythewood, Charlize Theron and Kiki Layne for “The Old Guard.”
