What Is It with These Women?
Kate Middleton, Michelle Obama, Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, Angelina Jolie, Rihanna, Ellen Degeneres, and Tomi Lahren. Most everyone will agree that all these women are attractive. Some would even say it’s a family thing in the case of Kim Kardashian. What we may not agree on is why they are so popular. Some people love them, and some love to hate them, which ironically boosts their popularity.
While there are many talented entertainers, why is Beyonce so popular? Her every move is monitored and discussed. Why that design? How much is that outfit? Our guess is that she seems to have it all. Furthermore, women have at least one of her songs that resonate with us on a personal level, including tunes like “Irreplaceable.”
Forgiveness is freeing, but we just can’t seem to let it go with Angelina Jolie. She allegedly took another woman’s man (Brad Pitt), and worse, she seemed happy with him and their family. People either genuinely wanted her relationship to fail in retribution or sincerely supported her because she is such a humanitarian. Plus, she’s unquestionably a great actress, so it’s hard not to like at least something about her.
We can easily confirm the extensive cosmetic transformation of some of these women, such as Nicki Minaj, but we don’t care about women being objectified and oversexualized when it comes to them. Nicki’s signature buns, in fact, have become the inspiration for Brazilian butt lifts across the country. Yes, there have been better female rappers, but we seem to like the way she wields her sensuality in every form – musically and physically.
With all this conjecture about why the obsession with these women, we decided to make it easy. We have come up with one word to describe each women’s magnetism. Here is our list:
